Zipline is actually a very safe activity. The most important thing is to trust the equipment, which is completely safe, and to know that at least 90% of people experience some fear before the first zipline ride. Our experiences show that even participants who were very afraid at first relax after the first few rides and feel particularly satisfied to conquer their fears.
In case a participant should decide not to do the rides after all, our driver will take them back to the meeting point. In this case, we guarantee a full refund. But, you can be sure that our guides will make you feel safe and that they will help you every step of the way! We bet you won’t turn around. And you will love it!
