The meeting point is near main Bus station in Bled, at the address »Cesta svobode 1, 4260 Bled«. The participants have to be at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time of the trip. Parking for the participants is not provided.

Finding a free parking space in Bled can be especially difficult during the summer months, that is why we suggest you leave our home early enough and park your car in one of the car parks that are app. a 10-minute walk away.

At Zipline Dolinka, we aim to provide you with a thrilling, yet safe experience. The tour package includes transfers from our designated meeting point to the Zipline starting point and back. We provide all the necessary safety equipment, including a helmet, a safety harness, a pulley, and protective gloves. You’ll receive this equipment at our office, located at the meeting point.

We ensure the highest safety standards by using protective equipment made by PETZL, a renowned manufacturer in the outdoor safety equipment industry. All the gear we provide is certified according to European safety standards, thus ensuring you have a safe and enjoyable zipline adventure. Your safety is our highest priority and we have taken every measure to ensure a secure experience.

For your safety and comfort during the Zipline Dolinka experience, it’s essential to bring the right gear. Please ensure you’re wearing either hiking shoes or sturdy sports shoes. Unfortunately, for your safety, we cannot permit flip-flops or sandals. We recommend clothing that’s appropriate for the day’s weather conditions and that you’re comfortable moving around in, typically athletic or outdoor wear. It’s also beneficial to bring a backpack with a water bottle to stay hydrated during the activity. Remember, your comfort and safety are paramount to us, and these guidelines help ensure a positive, thrilling adventure.

Expect to set aside between 2 to 3 hours for the entire Zipline Dolinka adventure. The duration can vary depending on the group size and pace. Rest assured, our goal is to provide an enjoyable, memorable experience without any unnecessary rush. We are here to savor the beauty of nature and share in the exhilaration of ziplining, at a pace that suits everyone in the group.

Zipline Dolinka is an outdoor activity, and as such, the weather can significantly impact the experience. We recommend participants dress appropriately for the weather, choosing suitable, comfortable clothes and footwear. In the event of severe weather conditions, like storms, for safety reasons, we may have to postpone or cancel the trip. Your safety is our utmost priority, and we will ensure to communicate any changes as soon as possible.

Your safety and well-being are our utmost concern at Zipline Dolinka. We, therefore, recommend that the following individuals refrain from participating in a zipline trip:

1. Pregnant women: Ziplining can involve sudden movements and jolts which may not be suitable for pregnant women.
2. Individuals with heart conditions: The activity can be physically demanding and may cause an elevated heart rate.
3. Those with spine, shoulder or limb injuries: Ziplining requires a good degree of physical fitness and can put strain on these areas.
4. People with severe allergies or diabetes: If you do participate, we strongly advise you to bring your prescription medicine with you.
5. Individuals who are not sure about their medical condition: If you have any doubts, we recommend consulting your doctor before attending a Zipline trip.
6. Persons under the influence of drugs or alcohol: For obvious safety reasons, such individuals will not be allowed to participate in the trip.
7. Ziplining is not suitable for people with certain disabilities or disorders, such as those who are blind, deaf, or those with autism spectrum disorder. This is due to the nature of the activity, the safety requirements and communication needs during the tour.

• Unleash your child’s adventurous spirit at our Zipline Experience! Young thrill-seekers aged 6-12 years can enjoy a safe and exciting zipline ride in tandem with our expertly trained guides. For children over 12 years weighing more than 45kg (100 pounds), the independence to conquer the zipline solo awaits them. Please note, children under 15 years require the company of at least one parent to ensure their safety and enjoyment.
• Teens aged 15-18 years are welcome to zipline solo, with the provision of written consent from their parents. Your child’s safety and happiness are our priority!

For adults, we accommodate up to a maximum weight of 120kg (286 pounds), with considerations also made for the fit of our standard safety gear. We request all participants to assess their fitness level to handle this adrenaline-packed tour.

• Absolutely! We strongly recommend making a reservation ahead of time to secure your spot on our thrilling zipline trips. We limit the number of participants to ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment, which means spots can fill up quickly, especially during the bustling summer months.

Booking in advance will ensure that you won’t miss out on the fun because of a full schedule. While we do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings, we cannot guarantee availability in such cases.
